It’s Show Time!
Every summer all the cool kids in the woodworking world get together for a big woodworking trade show somewhere or another. This year, it is the AWFS [Association of Woodworking and Furnishings Suppliers®] in Las Vegas, and your intrepid woodworking editor will be there with bells on. (The bells are how my staff keeps track of me — I am easily distracted and tend to get lost.)
Starting next week, Woodworker’s Journal will once again be doing a video blog from the show, trying to keep you in the loop as to what’s new and interesting in woodworking. Personally, I am hoping for a laser-transmogrifier, but so far no word on that. But rest assured, if one is unveiled at the show, we will video it transmogrifying and show it to you faster than any other magazine.
So stay tuned, and look for an email soon linking you to the video blog.
Rob Johnstone, Woodworker’s Journal
P.S. This issue of the eZine is being sponsored by the folks at IRWIN Tools. If you’ll take a look at their ads and check out their new offerings in our Industry Interview and Tool Preview sections, it will help support your favorite woodworking eZine!
